Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Dumplings
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

In a hot wok or large skillet, add a bit of oil and quickly stir-fry the sliced chicken, beef, and shrimp until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assembling the Soup

Combine Ingredients
Once the broth is simmering, add the cooked proteins and stir-fried vegetables to the pot. Let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve
Ladle the soup into large bowls, adding the handmade dumplings. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
