Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Chop the shrimp, white fish, and scallops into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tofu and Vegetables

Drain the soft tofu and cut it into cubes. Rinse the snow peas under cold water and trim the ends.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté Aromatics

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook Seafood

Add the chopped seafood to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the scallops are golden.

  3. 5

    Add Tofu and Snow Peas

Gently add the cubed soft tofu and snow peas to the skillet. Drizzle with soy sauce and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm, enjoying the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the tofu alongside the seafood.
