Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, about 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Pork

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Green Beans

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Combine and Season

Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the green beans. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Transfer the sautéed green beans and pork to a serving dish. Enjoy hot as a main dish or a side.
