Preparing the Broth

Combine Broth Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Add Aromatics
Mince the garlic and ginger and add them to the broth. Let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Cooking the Noodles and Vegetables

Cook Ramen Noodles
Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4 minutes.

Chop Green Onions
While the noodles are cooking, chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts for garnish.
Preparing the Pork and Egg

Slice Cha-Shu Pork
Thinly slice the cha-shu pork and set aside.

Serve the Ramen
In a bowl, place a serving of ramen noodles and broth, then top with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, sliced cha-shu pork, and a halved soft-boiled egg.

Garnish with chopped green onions, nori sheets, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve hot.
