Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Prep the Vegetables
Wash the snow peas and trim the ends. Slice bamboo shoots into thin strips if not pre-sliced.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Chicken
Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Add Vegetables
Add the snow peas and bamboo shoots to the skillet with the chicken. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add Sauce
Pour the prepared garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
