    Prepare Ingredients

    Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and ginger.

    Cook Rice

    Prepare steamed rice or brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside when done.

Cooking

    Stir-fry the Pork

    In a large wok or pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.

    Cook Vegetables

    In the same wok, add the chopped onion, bell peppers, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Combine and Add Sauce

    Return the cooked pork to the wok with the vegetables. Pour in the Szechuan chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly coated with the sauce.
