Prepare the Chicken

In a saucepan, combine honey, heavy cream, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until warm.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Gradually add this to the warm sauce, stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat.

Individually dip each chicken strip into the honey sauce, ensuring they are well-coated.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little oil. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
