Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Pork
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed. Place the pork tenderloin into the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for optimal flavor.
Cooking
- 2
Cook the Pork
Preheat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Sear the pork tenderloin in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. Pour the reserved marinade over the pork, cover, and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Add Vegetables
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and chopped green onions. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.

Plate and Garnish
Slice the rested pork and arrange it on a serving platter. Add the stir-fried vegetables beside the pork. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for garnish. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
