Method

Wraps Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients for the wraps including turkey, ham, cream cheese, hummus, mixed greens, cucumber, bell peppers, avocado, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Spread the Base

Lay out a tortilla wrap on a clean surface and spread a layer of cream cheese on one half of the wrap. On the other half, spread a layer of hummus.

  3. 3

    Add Fillings

Layer the sliced turkey, ham, mixed greens, sliced cucumber, bell peppers, and avocado on top of the spreads.

  4. 4

    Season the Filling

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Wrap it Up

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

  6. 6

    Slice and Serve

Slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a platter.

Paninis Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients for the paninis including ciabatta bread, mozzarella, pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Assemble the Panini

Slice ciabatta bread in half and spread pesto sauce generously on both halves. Layer mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil on the bottom half.

  3. 9

    Season the Filling

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then place the top half of the ciabatta over the fillings.

  4. 10

    Grill the Panini

Heat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat and place the assembled sandwich on it. Grill for about 3-5 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

  5. 11

    Drizzle Balsamic Glaze

Once grilled, remove the panini from the heat and drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing.

  6. 12

    Slice and Serve

Slice the panini into halves or quarters and arrange them on a separate platter.

Garnishing

  1. 13

    Prepare Garnishes

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, and celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 14

    Plating

Arrange the garnishes neatly around the wraps and paninis on the serving platters.

  3. 15

    Final Touch

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top of the garnishes for an added touch of color and flavor.
