Pulled Pork Sandwich Quarters

Prepare the Pork Shoulder
Rub the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Place it in a slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Add BBQ sauce to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix it back with the BBQ sauce.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Serve the pulled pork on sandwich buns topped with coleslaw.
BBQ Brisket

Season the Brisket
Rub the brisket with BBQ rub evenly on all sides.

Cook the Brisket
Place the brisket in a smoker or oven at 225°F (107°C) for 8-10 hours, adding beef broth halfway through cooking.

Rest and Slice
Once cooked, allow the brisket to rest for 30 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Sweet Potato Fries

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.

Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika.

Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Macaroni & Cheese Wedges

Boil water in a large pot and cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
