Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce

Make the Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Stir in the parsley and mix well.
