Prepare Ingredients
Peel and grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl.

Mix Batter
In the bowl, add flour, flaxseed meal, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cook Pancakes
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture and flatten into a pancake shape. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes each side.

Prepare Mixture
In a bowl, combine cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Form Meatballs
Mix well and form into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook Meatballs
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Prepare Breading
In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and water until smooth.

Slice the onions into 1/2 inch thick rings.

Dip the onion rings into the batter to coat them evenly.

Thinly slice the red cabbage and napa cabbage, and grate the carrot.

Toss the sliced vegetables with the dressing until well coated. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
