Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Loin

Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 4

    Grill the Pork Loin

Remove the pork loin from the marinade (discard marinade) and place it on the grill. Grill for about 20-25 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  3. 5

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

While the pork is grilling, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through.

  4. 6

    Baste the Pork Loin

During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the pork loin with the prepared BBQ sauce, turning occasionally for even coverage.

  5. 7

    Rest and Serve

Once the pork loin reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
