Muddle the Peach
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh peach until well crushed.

Add Spirits
Add the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Christian Drouin Calvados, Daytrip Peach Amaro, and Vicario Dragoncello to the shaker.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of peach bitters on top of the drink.
