Cake Preparation

    In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    In another bowl, beat together olive oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

    Combine Mixtures

    Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

    Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Pistachio Whip Preparation

    In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

    Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.

Baklava Preparation
