Method

For the BBQ Shrimp

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are pink and opaque. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.

For the Crispy Calamari

  1. 3

    Prepare the Breading

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dredge calamari rings in the mixture, shaking off excess.

  2. 4

    Fry the Calamari

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded calamari in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges.

For the Roasted Calabrian Oysters

  1. 5

    Prepare the Oysters

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix Calabrian chili paste, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.

  2. 6

    Roast the Oysters

Place shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Top each oyster with the chili mixture and drizzle with melted butter. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

For the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

  1. 7

    Make the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, and bread crumbs. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.

  2. 8

    Form and Cook Cakes

Shape the mixture into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

For the Crispy Lobster Bites

  1. 9

    Prepare the Breading

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dredge lobster meat in the mixture, shaking off excess.

  2. 10

    Fry the Lobster Bites

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the lobster bites in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
