For the BBQ Shrimp

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are pink and opaque. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
For the Crispy Calamari

Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dredge calamari rings in the mixture, shaking off excess.

For the Roasted Calabrian Oysters

Prepare the Oysters
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix Calabrian chili paste, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.

Roast the Oysters
Place shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Top each oyster with the chili mixture and drizzle with melted butter. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
For the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Make the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, and bread crumbs. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.

Form and Cook Cakes
Shape the mixture into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
For the Crispy Lobster Bites

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dredge lobster meat in the mixture, shaking off excess.

Fry the Lobster Bites
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the lobster bites in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
