Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Mushrooms

    Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the caps aside.

    Make Filling

    In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic (finely chopped), chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

    Stuff Mushrooms

    Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

    Bake

    Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

    In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
