Prepare the Glass
Start by selecting a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Ensure it is clean and dry.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass or shaker with ice cubes until it is about three-quarters full.

Pour Ingredients
Measure and pour 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of Campari, and 1 oz of sweet vermouth into the mixing glass over the ice.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon or stirring stick, gently stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Use a strainer to pour the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice or a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Add a slice of orange to the drink as a garnish. You can also express the oils from the peel over the drink for added aroma.
