Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill it thoroughly.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass over the Aperol.

Add Soda Water
Top off the drink with 1 oz of soda water for a refreshing finish.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange.

Stir gently and serve immediately with a straw or a stirrer.
