  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Aperol, Benvolio Prosecco, ice cubes, and garnishes (orange and bergamot slices).

  3. 3

    Fill the Glass

Remove the glass from the freezer and fill it with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top for the liquid components.

  4. 4

    Mix the Aperitifs

Pour 2 oz of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and 1 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add a slice of orange and a slice of bergamot (if using) to the glass for garnish. This will enhance the aroma and presentation.
