Preparation
- 1
Clean the Clams
Rinse the fresh clams under cold running water to remove any sand or grit. Discard any clams that are open and do not close when tapped.

Prepare the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Stuffing the Clams

Stuff the Clams
Take each cleaned clam and open it slightly. Spoon a generous amount of the stuffing mixture into each clam shell, pressing down gently to secure it.
Baking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 5
Bake the Clams
Place the stuffed clams on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the clams are cooked through.
Serving
