Lobster Tail

Fried Zucchini

French Fries

Method

Lobster Tail

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Start by preheating your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat. Carefully pull the meat out slightly and rest it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

  3. 3

    Grill the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with the prepared butter sauce. Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting occasionally with more butter sauce.

Fried Zucchini

  1. 4

    Prepare the Zucchini

Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Set aside.

  2. 5

    Set Up Breading Station

In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour mixed with salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.

  3. 6

    Bread the Zucchini

Dip each zucchini slice in flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.

  4. 7

    Fry the Zucchini

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded zucchini slices in batches and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

French Fries

  1. 8

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 9

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Drain and pat dry the soaked potatoes. Fry the potatoes in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 10

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle them with salt to taste.
