Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Lobster Preparation

  1. 2

    Cook the Lobster Tails

In a separate pot, bring 4 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove the tails and let them cool before removing the meat from the shells. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.

Garlic Butter Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic (4 cloves) and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.

  2. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the chopped lobster meat to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Add the drained linguine to the skillet, along with the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss everything together gently, adding black pepper to taste.
