Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breast into thin cutlets. Season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cooking

Dredge the Chicken
Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, shaking off the excess.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the floured chicken cutlets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Dredge the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp. Dredge them in the remaining flour.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and keep warm.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Place the cooked pasta on individual plates, top with the chicken and shrimp, and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
