Prepare the Huevos Rancheros

Cook the Eggs
Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry them to your desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes for sunny side up.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate skillet, warm the flour tortillas over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are pliable and slightly golden.

Garnish
Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top for garnish and season with salt to taste.
Prepare the Sides

Reheat the Beans and Rice
In a small saucepan, heat the refried pinto beans over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm. In another saucepan, reheat the cooked rice similarly until heated through.
