Method

Preparation of Tea

    Combine the Teas

    In a medium-sized teapot, combine the green tea leaves, jasmine tea leaves, and oolong tea leaves.

    Boil Water

    In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    Steep the Tea

    Once the water is boiling, pour it over the tea leaves in the teapot. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes.

    Strain the Tea

    After steeping, strain the tea into a pitcher to remove the tea leaves.

    Sweeten (Optional)

    If desired, add honey or sugar to the tea to sweeten it to your taste. Stir well to combine.

    Let the tea cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled.
