Buffalo Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and season with salt and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 3
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- 5
Prepare the Veggies
While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery and carrots into sticks. Arrange them on a serving platter.
