Salad Ingredients

Steak Marinade

Dressing (Optional)

Method

Preparing the Marinade

  1. 1

    Mix the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

Place the steak tenderloin tips in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for more flavor).

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the steak tips on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 5

    Prepare the Salad Base

In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and sliced red bell pepper. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Add the Steak and Eggs

Slice the grilled steak into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad bowl along with the quartered hard-boiled eggs.

  3. 7

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
