Add Shrimp and Tomatoes
Add the gulf shrimp and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Add Crabmeat and Green Onions
Gently fold in the jumbo lump crabmeat and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, being careful not to break up the crabmeat.
Pontchartrain Sauce

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow the wine to reduce by half.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Assemble the Dish
Place each grilled fish fillet on a serving plate. Top generously with the shrimp, crabmeat, and tomato mixture, followed by the Pontchartrain sauce.

Serve hot with a side of rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
