Preparation of Shrimp

Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning to the boiling water.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp to the pot. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.

Drain and Chill
Once cooked, drain the shrimp in a colander and run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Allow them to chill for a few minutes.

Serve
Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter with lemon wedges for garnish.
Preparation of Cocktail Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Season to Taste
Stir the mixture well and add salt to taste. Adjust horseradish and hot sauce according to your preference for spiciness.

Serve
Transfer the cocktail sauce to a serving bowl and serve alongside the chilled shrimp.
