In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Catfish

In a bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour buttermilk into a separate bowl.

Dip each catfish fillet into the buttermilk, then dredge in the cornmeal mixture, ensuring complete coverage.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the catfish until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Stuffed Shrimp
