Cook the Pasta

    Boil Water

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.

    Cook Fettuccine

    Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

    Drain and Set Aside

    Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside. Do not rinse.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

    Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

    Stir in the salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

    Add the drained fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.

    Add your choice of grilled chicken, shrimp, or crawfish to the pasta and sauce, mixing well until heated through.
