Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Prepare Mixed Greens
Thoroughly wash the mixed greens under cold running water to remove any dirt or grit. Spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Making the Seafood Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Preparing the Toppings

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes, red onion, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Toss the Salad
In a large salad bowl, add the washed mixed greens. Drizzle the zesty seafood dressing over the greens and toss gently to coat evenly.
