Prepare the Fish
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour-cornmeal mixture. Set aside on a plate.

Prepare the Fries
Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt to taste and keep warm.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat 1 cup of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated fish fillets in batches, careful not to crowd the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fry the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add another cup of vegetable oil if needed. Once hot, add the coated shrimp in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Plate the Dish
On a large serving plate, place a generous serving of fries. Top with the fried fish fillets and shrimp. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
