Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with a paper towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Cheese
Grate or shave the Parmesan and Romano cheeses using a cheese grater or a vegetable peeler, and set aside.

Mix the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and Romano cheese.

Add the Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Divide the salad into serving bowls or plates. Optionally, garnish with additional cheese and croutons before serving.
