Wash and Prepare Lettuce
Thoroughly wash the romaine lettuce under cold running water. Remove any wilted outer leaves. Once clean, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces or leave the leaves whole, as preferred.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Assembly
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle with the Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly. Add grated Parmesan and Romano cheese, and then gently toss again to mix in the cheese.

Add Croutons
Sprinkle croutons over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to distribute the croutons throughout the salad, or leave them on top for a more decorative presentation.
