Jack Daniels Bourbon Sauce

White Chocolate Sauce

Method

Bread Pudding

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Tear the stale bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture over the bread pieces, ensuring all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the liquid.

  4. 4

    Bake

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Jack Daniels Bourbon Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt Butter

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Add Sugar and Bourbon

Stir in the brown sugar and Jack Daniels bourbon, mixing until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. 7

    Finish Sauce

Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

White Chocolate Sauce

  1. 8

    Heat Cream

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.

  2. 9

    Melt Chocolate

Add the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the warm cream, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
