Stuffed Shells Preparation

Cook the Pasta Shells
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells
Take each cooked pasta shell and fill it with the seafood filling. Arrange the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly and Baking

Combine and Bake
Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
