Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Method
Pork Chop
- 1
Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the pork chops.
- 2
Season the Pork Chops
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3
Cook the Pork Chops
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Apple Chutney
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the diced apples, chopped onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
- 5
Cook the Chutney
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the apples are soft and the chutney thickens.
