Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 cup of crushed ice.

Blend Mixture
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, usually about 30 seconds.

Prepare Glass
Take a chilled glass of your choice (preferably a hurricane or tiki glass) and pour the blended mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
