Juice the Limes
Using a citrus juicer, extract the fresh lime juice until you have at least 1 oz.
Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Espolon Silver Tequila, 1 oz of Cointreau, 2 oz of pomegranate juice, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice, ensuring no ice shards make it into the drink.

Top the drink with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and add a lime wheel for garnish.
