Preparation of Kale

Wash and Prepare Kale
Thoroughly wash the kale leaves under cold water. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Massage Kale
In a large bowl, add the torn kale pieces. Drizzle with a little olive oil (about 1 tsp) and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Massage the kale leaves for 2-3 minutes until they become tender and slightly wilted.
Making the Dressing

Prepare the Dressing
In a blender, combine garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, capers, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Salad
Pour the dressing over the massaged kale and toss well to ensure all leaves are evenly coated.

Add Cornbread Crumble
Crumble the cornbread into small pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Toss lightly to distribute.

Finish with Cheese
Grate or shave the Grana Padano cheese and sprinkle it generously over the top of the salad.
