Prepare Hibiscus Flowers
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers with 2 cups of water.

Boil and Simmer
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the hibiscus flowers.

In a large pitcher, combine 3 cups of sparkling wine or Champagne, 1 cup of fresh orange juice, and 1 cup of the cooled hibiscus syrup.
