Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed: Cathead Vodka, house cider, lime juice, ginger beer, fresh garden mint, and a lime wedge.

Juicing the Lime
Cut a fresh lime in half and juice one half to yield approximately 1 oz of lime juice. Set aside.

Mint Preparation
Rinse the fresh garden mint leaves under cold water and gently pat dry with a paper towel.
Mixing

Combine the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Cathead Vodka, 4 oz of house cider, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice and top off with 3 oz of ginger beer.

Gently slap the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma and place them in the drink as garnish.
