Cauliflower Wings
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add the water, whisking until smooth.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Place the coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Ranch Dipping Sauce
- 6
Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Serve
Transfer the ranch dipping sauce to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve with the cauliflower wings.
