Cocktail Preparation

Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Bristow Gin, 1 oz of Cocchi Rosa, and 1 oz of Cocchi Americano.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes to the top to ensure the ingredients are well chilled.

Stir the Cocktail
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.

Garnish
Gently twist a slice of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
