Stuffing

Method

Preparation of Stuffing

1

Melt the Butter

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

2

Sauté Aromatics

Add the minced garlic and diced shallots to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft and fragrant.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, sautéed garlic and shallots, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Cobster

4

Prepare the Lobsters

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red and cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.

5

Split the Lobsters

Once the lobsters are cool enough to handle, split them in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Remove the meat from the claws and tails, and roughly chop it. Set the shells aside.

6

Stuff the Lobster Shells

Mix the chopped lobster meat with the stuffing mixture. Generously fill each lobster shell with the stuffing.

7

Drizzle with Olive Oil

Drizzle the stuffed lobsters with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top.

Cooking

8

Bake the Stuffed Lobsters

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the stuffing is golden brown and heated through.

9

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
