Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the Fish
Pat the Norwegian seabass fillets dry with paper towels. Rub the fillets with olive oil, then season both sides with salt and black pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over the top.
Bake the Fish
Place the seasoned seabass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Asparagus and Tomatoes
Add the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes are slightly blistered.
Finish with Fresh Basil
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh basil.
Plating
Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, arrange the sautéed vegetables in the center. Top with the baked Norwegian seabass fillet. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh basil leaves.
