Cooking Pasta

Boil Water

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat.

Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Bell Peppers and Carrots

Add the sliced bell peppers and julienned carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes

Stir in the sliced zucchini and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Spinach

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

Season

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss again to ensure even distribution.

Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
