Soup du Jour (Tomato Basil Soup)

Add Tomatoes and Broth
Stir in crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

Blend and Season
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Stir in chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Quiora’s House Salad

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Combine and Serve
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
Main Course (Grilled Chicken with Vegetables)

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, rose water, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

Fold in the lychee fruit into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
